- Unopened paint (core range): Returnable within 28 days, with proof of purchase; return fees apply.
- Unopened bespoke paint: Non-Returnable since these are made-to-order.
- Opened Paint (Any type): Not accepted for return.
- Showroom Purchase or unopened paint: Returnable in-store within 28 days with proof.
